We believe a neighborhood bar can be something more than a place to order a drink.
It can be a third space.
A place between home and work where conversations begin, friendships grow, ideas are shared, celebrations are held, and difficult days become a little lighter simply because no one has to carry them alone.
That belief shapes everything we do.
Gaslight Gardens exists to cultivate community through thoughtful hospitality, exceptional drinks, and meaningful human connection. Every cocktail we create, every musician we invite, every local farmer we partner with, and every gathering we host is part of a larger purpose: creating a space where people genuinely feel they belong.
As a local, proudly queer-owned business, we know that belonging doesn't happen by accident. It is built intentionally, one interaction at a time.
Our purchasing decisions reflect those values. Whenever possible, we seek out local growers, artists, musicians, and makers whose work strengthens our community. We intentionally support women-owned, Black-owned, Indigenous-owned, queer-owned, and other historically underrepresented producers because the stories behind what we serve matter just as much as what's in the glass.
Those relationships allow us to celebrate the remarkable people who make our community stronger while introducing our guests to producers they may not have discovered otherwise.

We believe hospitality should never come with conditions.
Whether you're here for your first legal drink, celebrating your fiftieth anniversary, catching up with old friends, writing alone in the corner, meeting someone new, or simply looking for a peaceful place to exist for a while, you deserve to be treated with dignity, kindness, and respect.
That extends to our zero-proof program.
Choosing not to drink alcohol should never mean settling for an afterthought. Our non-alcoholic cocktails are created with the same creativity, fresh ingredients, seasonal inspiration, and care as every spirit-forward drink we serve. Whether you're sober, sober-curious, the designated driver, taking a break, or simply in the mood for something different, you're every bit as much a guest as anyone ordering whiskey or wine.
Our table is large enough for all of us.

Gaslight Gardens is intentionally inclusive.

In return, we ask every guest to extend that same respect to one another.

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward discrimination because protecting the comfort, safety, and dignity of our guests and staff will always take precedence over protecting someone's ability to remain in the space.

We often say that the garden is the heart of Gaslight, but that extends beyond the plants growing outside our doors.
