On any given evening you'll find herbs growing just steps from the bar, local musicians setting up on the patio stage, friends lingering long after their glasses are empty, and newcomers discovering that they've somehow become part of the conversation.

The changing seasons shape nearly everything we do.

Fresh basil might find its way into tomorrow's cocktail. Tomatoes become clarified water for a summer menu. Herbs, flowers, fruit, and inspiration all begin in the same soil that surrounds our guests.

When our own garden isn't enough, we look to Northeast Kansas farmers, gardeners, foragers, and makers who share our belief that good hospitality begins with good ingredients and good relationships.

The result isn't just a patio.

It's a living room without walls.
